APG has been engaged by long-standing client Elanor Investors Group to project manage a series of upgrades across their centrally located Brisbane CBD asset. Works include full-floor turnkey fitouts on Levels 15 and 18, as well as a lobby and amenities upgrade on Level 21. All projects have been delivered within tight timeframes and in a live environment, with careful consideration given to minimising disruption to existing tenants.
