APG provided Project Management and Superintendent services for a program of works across 127 Creek Street, including refurbishment of the ground-floor lobby, speculative suite fitouts on Level 17 and upgrades to additional tenancies throughout the building.
With tenants, visitors and ground-floor retailers remaining operational, delivery required detailed staging and carefully planned out-of-hours works. APG maintained close communication with stakeholders throughout construction, coordinating access and sequencing to minimise disruption while keeping the building fully operational.
