Bringing a Woolworths-led retail hub to Austral’s growing community.
APG has been engaged to provide Project Management and Superintendent services for the delivery of a new Woolworths-anchored retail precinct at Austral South, located at 330–350 Eighth Avenue in one of Western Sydney’s fastest growing communities.
The development comprises approximately 7,000m² of gross lettable area, anchored by a full-line supermarket and supported by more than 25 specialty retail tenancies. The precinct also includes 317 on-grade car parking spaces and a central public plaza designed to act as a key community gathering space and social hub for the surrounding area.
APG is overseeing all construction phase activities, including coordination of external works such as signage illumination, supporting services and utilities infrastructure, and associated road upgrades to improve access and connectivity to the site.
Currently in delivery, the project will play a key role in enhancing local amenity and convenience, providing essential retail services and a vibrant destination that supports the needs of a growing residential population.
