APG provided Superintendent services for 26 new social housing townhouses within Werribee’s Riverwalk Estate as part of the Victorian Government’s Big Housing Build.

Supporting the delivery of homes designed for security, independence and community.
Engaged by Haven; Home, Safe in partnership with Homes Victoria, APG provided Superintendent services for 26 two- and three-bedroom townhouses arranged in a village-style setting.
Located close to transport, retail, education and healthcare, the development supports connections with the surrounding community. The homes incorporate all-electric appliances, solar panels and rainwater tanks, together with Livable Housing Australia Silver Level design.
Completed in early 2025, the project increases the supply of affordable housing and creates a supportive residential environment. Haven; Home, Safe and Aboriginal Housing Victoria acknowledged APG’s “strong coordination, energy and strategic oversight”, as well as a collaborative approach that maintained momentum throughout delivery.
