From Carousel Inn to The Woodstock: A Western Sydney icon reimagined.
APG was engaged as Project Manager for the refurbishment, alterations and additions to Carousel Inn in Rooty Hill, on behalf of our repeat client Solotel.
The Carousel Inn is a large-format hospitality venue comprising a bistro, lounge bar, sports bar, gaming room, bottle shop, function facilities and children’s play area, supported by extensive on-site parking. The redevelopment delivered a staged transformation of the venue to enhance both customer experience and operational performance.
The scope included a comprehensive internal refurbishment with a new bistro and bar, upgraded sports bar, beer garden, and a new function space with associated kitchen and bar facilities. Works also extended to the building’s exterior, including an enhanced entrance façade, new terraces, improved signage, landscaping, and broader amenity upgrades.
Delivered across multiple stages, Stage 1 was completed in November 2024 and included the new sports bar and gaming amenities, with subsequent stages delivering the balance of internal and external upgrades. The project is now fully complete, delivering a revitalised hospitality venue with improved facilities, functionality, and customer experience across the entire site.
