From securing funding to delivering a place designed to better support families and caregivers.
APG partnered with the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation to support funding and delivery of The Family Place community facility.
Initially engaged for grant advisory services, APG developed an application to the Australian Government’s Thriving Suburbs Program, reviewing eligibility and funding priorities to inform the submission. The application was successful, enabling the facility’s revitalisation to proceed.
APG was subsequently engaged to project manage the refurbishment, improving access to services while preserving the welcoming environment central to The Family Place. The Salvation Army described APG’s contribution as “calm leadership, professionalism and genuine care”, helping make a complex project journey a positive experience and keeping the original vision at its centre.
