APG is proud to have supported the delivery of the third and final stage of SOMA Wellness, an innovative healthcare and education precinct in Gregory Hills.

The completed 197-place early learning centre has been thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for pre-school aged children. The facility supports early development through high-quality educational spaces that promote learning, wellbeing and community connection.

This final stage represents the culmination of a broader precinct vision, bringing together healthcare and education within a cohesive, purpose-driven environment. The project highlights APG’s ability to manage stakeholder coordination and deliver successful outcomes within integrated developments.
