Projects span roof replacements, structural works, amenity upgrades and carpark improvements, all delivered within operating centres.
At Burdekin Plaza, APG facilitated an ECI process with Hutchinson Builders, Region Group and Coles to develop a methodology for replacing the roof structure while maintaining centre operations. At Brookwater Village, APG is managing the replacement of an eight-metre-high retaining wall, addressing adjacent easements, site constraints and neighbouring development activity.
Further works include amenities and carpark upgrades at Chancellor Park Marketplace, as well as a new shade structure at Mudgeeraba Market Shopping Centre. Across the portfolio, careful staging and stakeholder coordination support safe delivery while keeping centres operational for tenants and customers.
