APG is proud to be delivering the redevelopment of President Private Hospital in Southern Sydney, an important healthcare project that will expand clinical capability and enhance patient experience.
Building on an approved State Significant Development, the project is being thoughtfully refined to align with the client’s evolving operational and financial objectives. This includes optimising the scale of the development while maintaining the quality and performance expected of a modern private hospital.
With early works already underway, the project is progressing through a focused design and planning phase. APG is working closely with the wider team to coordinate design development, manage costs and shape a clear procurement pathway.
A Design and Construction approach, supported by early contractor involvement, is helping drive smarter design decisions, improved buildability, and greater cost certainty. Construction is expected to commence shortly, with delivery targeted within an 18–20 month program.
