The next chapter of Poplars is taking shape.

Planned to open in late 2026, Stage 2 will add approximately 4,500m² of new retail space and introduce a range of nationally recognised brands to the Poplars Retail Precinct.

Building on the established Stage 1 offering, the expansion will offer greater choice for local residents, the growing Poplars workforce and the surrounding Jerrabomberra community. Designed as a place to shop, meet, eat and unwind, the retail precinct is an important part of the broader Poplars vision, alongside its emerging innovation and learning precincts.
