Oak Tree Portfolio

Supporting retirement living communities across regional New South Wales and Queensland.

This portfolio includes the successful delivery of Stage 4 at Dubbo Retirement Village (38 villas) and Stage 4 at Mudgee Retirement Village (16 villas), as well as the multi-stage Coffs Harbour Retirement Village, comprising 47 dwellings delivered across staged construction. These projects incorporated the delivery of independent living units (Class 1 and Class 2), along with all associated internal roads, civil infrastructure and landscaping.

APG’s role across these projects has included managing procurement and tender processes, contractor engagement, and full lifecycle project delivery, with a strong focus on programme certainty, quality outcomes and coordination of concurrent stages across multiple sites. APG is also currently engaged on the Darling Heights Retirement Village in Queensland, where construction is underway. The project comprises a 55-villa development, with staged civil and building works being delivered to complete the remaining villas and associated infrastructure. Across the portfolio, APG has demonstrated the ability to deliver large-scale, multi-stage retirement living projects, ensuring consistency in approach, efficient programme management and successful outcomes for Oak Tree Group.
