APG provided Superintendent services for the redevelopment of the historic Joe’s Waterhole in Eumundi, balancing the character of the existing venue with the identity of the Western Australian-born Matso’s brand.
The redevelopment retains elements of the site’s history while drawing inspiration from Matso’s original Broome venue, creating a relaxed hospitality destination grounded in its local setting.
A new micro-brewery services the on-site beer garden, enabling locally brewed Matso’s products to be produced and enjoyed within the venue.
