Engaged on behalf of private developer Abax, APG managed the design close-out and the tender and assessment process for the lump-sum Design and Construct contract.
During construction, APG provided Project Management and Superintendent services, together with tenancy coordination across the broader development.
Spanning two levels and approximately 19,000 m² of gross floor area, Hills Hub features more than 20 bulky-goods retail tenancies, 12 food and beverage outlets, over 30 industrial units, and more than 50 storage and work hubs, creating a diverse destination for businesses and customers.
