Saints College supports a diverse community of young people aged 12–25, making continuity, safety and sensitivity central to the delivery approach.
Constructed by William Barraclough Construction Group, the works included new flooring, joinery and windows, along with upgrades to lighting, air conditioning and plumbing.
APG provided project management across planning, coordination and delivery, carefully staging the works around students and staff while respecting the existing heritage fabric. The project delivered a substantial program of improvements within a compressed timeframe, enhancing the campus while keeping the school safe and operational throughout the project.
