APG was engaged to manage the project from detailed design and authority approvals through tendering, construction and Superintendent services.
The development incorporates road-widening and subdivision works alongside the new shopping centre, targeting approximately 12,000m² of net lettable area. Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and ALDI will anchor the precinct, supported by more than 40 specialty, food and beverage, restaurant and allied health tenancies.
More than 450 car parking spaces and EV provisions will support access to a diverse new retail offering designed around the needs of Dural’s growing community.
