APG were engaged to Project Manage a new office, production and warehousing facility in Camellia, NSW.

We represented our client as the tenant and ensured that their obligations, as well as the landlord’s, under the lease were met. We integrated our fit-out works with on-site base build works to achieve cost savings and stay within budget.

Our role was to manage design, obtain authority approvals, tender and assess, and manage construction with the contractor. We made a difference to this project by minimising the risk of abortive works, integrating essential services and working closely with key stakeholders to align our clients’ operational needs.
