APG is providing Project Management and Superintendent services for Chisholm Plaza, a new 15,000m² retail and lifestyle precinct within Maitland’s Waterford Estate.

A new neighbourhood destination bringing retail, services and amenity to a growing Maitland community.
Being delivered for Revelop, Chisholm Plaza will bring together more than 50 specialty retailers, anchored by Woolworths, ALDI and Dan Murphy’s, alongside a medical precinct, childcare centre, gym, swim school, cafés and essential community services.
APG initially supported the project through tender and value engineering before transitioning into the construction phase and the role of Superintendent, working closely with Revelop and Richard Crookes Constructions.
With the project progressing through construction, major works completed include the basement car park and residential subdivision, with fitout and construction continuing across the major retail tenancies.
