APG was engaged to provide Project Management and Superintendent Services during construction, working closely with both the client and builder to stabilise and progress the project through a complex delivery phase.

Our role involved managing existing disputes, addressing construction defects, coordinating financier involvement, and maintaining oversight of ongoing construction activities to support continuity across the project. Through structured coordination and stakeholder management, APG assisted in maintaining project momentum, achieving Occupation Certificate approval, and progressing the development through to Practical Completion.
The completed development now operates as a Build-to-Rent residential asset comprising 125 apartments across a multi-level building with three basement levels. The project also incorporates sustainability and community-focused features, including solar infrastructure, EV charging capability, a mid-level rooftop garden, communal resident spaces, and Indigenous landscape artwork integrated throughout the development.
