Akoya Greenwich offers 40 modern luxury residences with spectacular city views, along with premium amenities for residents, including an on-site concierge, private bar and library, theatre, wine cellar, landscaped rooftop terrace, and infinity pool.

APG managed the project through all phases of delivery, providing consistent oversight across consultants, contractors, programme, procurement, and stakeholder coordination through to completion. The project was successfully delivered despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, alongside the introduction of the Design and Building Practitioners Act for Class 2 developments, which required careful management of compliance, coordination, and evolving regulatory obligations.
