APG continues to support MEC Global Partners Asia in repositioning 575 Bourke Street through speculative suites and capital works within a live CBD asset.

575 Bourke Street, Melbourne – Levels 7, 11 and 13

Creating market-ready workplaces across multiple levels of a working commercial building.

Most recently, APG managed the delivery of a full-floor speculative suite on Level 7, completed in under three months. The fitout includes a concierge-style reception, a boardroom, meeting and focus rooms, flexible work zones, and executive offices designed to meet contemporary tenant needs.

Works on Levels 11 and 13 have also been completed, including a new open-plan workplace, a strip-out to the cold shell and a refreshed lobby. These projects build on APG’s longstanding involvement at the asset, which includes speculative suites, tenancy make goods and capital works.

Delivered in a live commercial environment, the works required careful staging and close coordination with tenants and project partners. As MEC Global Partners Asia noted, APG brought “disciplined oversight, transparent communication and strong technical capability” to its complex capital works projects, maintaining programme control while supporting high-quality delivery.
