The project involves the delivery of targeted civil, structural, fire and building services upgrades, alongside facility embellishment works to support the efficient occupation and functionality of the site. Works are being undertaken within an active industrial context, requiring careful planning, coordination and staging to maintain safety, minimise disruption and ensure continuity of surrounding operations.
APG is managing the construction phase delivery, including consultant coordination, contractor oversight, and program and cost management, to ensure the works are delivered in line with client expectations and tenant requirements. A key focus of the project is aligning the upgraded facility with the operational needs of the incoming occupier, ensuring the space is fit-for-purpose and adaptable for long-term use.
Through close collaboration with Lendlease and project stakeholders, APG is supporting the successful transformation of the site into a modernised industrial facility that meets contemporary standards for performance, safety and functionality.
