APG was engaged by ISPT to deliver four premium speculative suite fitouts across three levels at 500 Bourke Street, Melbourne, one of the city’s premier A-grade commercial addresses. From the outset, the focus was on creating spaces that truly connect with prospective tenants, balancing design quality, functionality and flexibility within a competitive leasing market.
The suites were carefully shaped to reflect the character of 500 Bourke Street while supporting the evolving needs of modern workplaces. APG oversaw the delivery of the project from early coordination through to completion, maintaining a strong focus on quality, programme, and navigating the logistical challenges of working within a live building environment.
