The new eight-storey development includes a single-level basement, 26 serviced apartments and a ground-floor café tenancy, forming the first stage of the broader Marriott hospitality offering.
APG assumed responsibility from the previous consultancy to strengthen governance, improve project performance and align delivery with required standards. During construction, the team has overseen site activities, administered the contract and coordinated significant redesign to meet Marriott brand requirements.
HLL Development describes APG’s contribution as combining “practical leadership and a collaborative approach”, qualities that have been central to managing stakeholders, design requirements and complex delivery challenges throughout the project.
