The project comprises a five-storey hotel with two basement levels on a constrained 928m² site, including car and bicycle parking, a ground-floor restaurant and café, and a rooftop garden.
APG is managing the full design and construction lifecycle, including consultant coordination, authority approvals, procurement and contract administration. The constrained urban location requires careful staging planning to maintain alignment with design and operational requirements.
HLL Development has recognised APG’s “clear communication, practical leadership and a collaborative approach”, particularly in coordinating stakeholders and navigating the design and delivery challenges associated with complex hospitality projects.
