APG is leading the project management of a new Coles supermarket precinct in Mildura, supporting a significant retail investment in regional Victoria.

Guiding a new regional retail destination from design through construction.
The development comprises a 3,634m² Coles supermarket, 1,443 m² of specialty retail and liquor tenancies, an entry mall and amenities, together with extensive car parking and landscaping.
APG is managing the design and delivery lifecycle, including consultant coordination, authority approvals, procurement and construction-phase management, with oversight of program, cost and quality.
Due for completion in Winter 2027, the precinct will enhance retail convenience for the local community and support ongoing regional growth. Coles has highlighted APG’s “proactive approach and strong sense of ownership”, which has helped keep the project team focused and aligned throughout a complex delivery environment.
