APG provided Superintendent and defect management services for Spring Square in Bankstown, a major mixed-use precinct delivering over 500 apartments with integrated retail, commercial and hospitality offerings.

Spring Square, Bankstown

Delivering a major mixed-use precinct at Spring Square, Bankstown.

APG was engaged by repeat client Poly to provide Superintendent services for the redevelopment of the former Bankstown RSL Club site, now known as Spring Square.

The project comprises a large-scale mixed-use precinct in the heart of Bankstown, delivering over 500 residential apartments across five towers, alongside integrated retail, commercial, and hospitality offerings. Adjoining the newly rebuilt Bankstown RSL, Spring Square introduces a vibrant destination with activated ground-plane uses, outdoor community spaces, and a diverse dining and entertainment precinct.

Throughout delivery, APG provided full Superintendent services, overseeing contract administration, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination to support the successful completion of this complex, multi-stage development.

In addition, APG was engaged to manage the close-out of pre-settlement defects, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming residents and maintaining a high standard of finish across all apartments prior to occupation.

The completed development represents a significant contribution to the ongoing revitalisation of Bankstown, delivering a contemporary, mixed-use precinct that enhances the local community and urban environment.
