APG is currently managing a series of significant rectification and upgrade works at the heritage‑listed Rendezvous Melbourne, built in 1913 and recognised as one of Australia’s most historic hotels. Located on Flinders Street overlooking the Yarra River, the hotel’s operator (TFE Hotels), and owner (Far East Orchid) appointed APG in the role of Project Manager and Superintendent.
APG is overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of complex façade remediation works, ensuring heritage integrity is preserved while addressing long‑term asset performance. In addition, APG is managing internal upgrade works involving structural rectification and basement waterproofing, all within a live hotel environment requiring careful coordination, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
