Delivering premium speculative suites at Darling Park Tower 1.

APG provided client-side Project Management services for the delivery of three speculative office fit-outs at Darling Park Tower 1, Level 3, on behalf of The GPT Group. The project involved the end-to-end coordination and delivery of three premium workplace tenancies within a live commercial office environment. APG maintained strong control over programme, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance throughout the works to ensure a consistent and high-standard outcome across all suites.

Despite a compressed delivery timeframe, the project was successfully delivered through careful planning and disciplined project management, enabling all three speculative suites to be completed to a high-quality, market-ready standard. The completed fit-outs enhance the building’s workplace offering, providing flexible, contemporary office spaces that support The GPT Group’s leasing strategy and strengthen the overall appeal of Darling Park Tower 1. APG is now continuing its involvement at the asset, with works commencing on additional speculative suites on Levels 12 and 13 as part of the ongoing workplace upgrade program.
