At Woonona, APG led the flagship redevelopment through master planning and managed the State Significant Development Application, which was approved in early 2026. The project has now entered construction, with APG managing the build of approximately 93 new two- and three-bedroom homes while existing aged care services remain operational.
At Moruya, APG supported the Wattleview development through an SSDA submission, while at Macarthur Place, a Development Application has been lodged for 112 new Independent Living Units, a clubhouse and enhanced community amenities.
IRT describes APG as “a trusted project management partner across complex live-environment developments”, recognising a practical approach that considers residents, staff and stakeholders throughout planning and delivery.
