APG leads façade remediation, upgrades and ACP cladding replacement, from concept design, certification to procurement and construction. Live Environment Management

Vertical Transport

APG manages VT upgrades and full replacements -lifts, escalators (full replacement / intruss), and controls. Ensuring safety, capacity, and reliability. We oversee supplier engagement, staging, compliance, and testing while delivering lifecycle improvements, modernisation outcomes, and measurable performance gains for asset owners, retailers, tenants and visitors.

Service/Infrastructure
