We are proud to be delivering a transformative social housing project in partnership with Haven; Home, Safe (HHS)—a leading homelessness services agency dedicated to providing housing solutions and comprehensive support to help individuals and families secure long-term, stable accommodation.

This project, located at 2-12 Wilkinson Street, Brunswick, has secured funding for a six-level residential complex, designed to meet the evolving needs of the community. The development will feature:

• 34 apartments across levels 1-6, dedicated to future social housing. 
• 4 innovative SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) apartments with integrated shopfronts at ground level, enhancing local activation and economic opportunity. 

The project also includes an extensive community consultation program and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) to optimise project outcomes.

We are currently engaged in providing Project Management Services across the full lifecycle of the development, including: 

• Planning approvals and consultant engagement 
• Design development and tendering 
• Project management and superintendent services through construction 

This project reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive housing that supports individuals and families in need, while promoting a stronger and more connected community in Brunswick.
