APG’s partnership with Vicinity extends back to 2009 with our first project delivering a sprinkler system & Facade remediation upgrade at Myer Centre in Adelaide. 

APG has continued to service the needs of Vicinity having delivered a wide variety of Capital Works and Centre transformation projects nationally. 

APG has successfully delivered projects for Vicinity in Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne serviced from our 3 offices in NSW, Victoria and QLD.  These include VT Replacement, Infrastructure upgrades, ACP & Facade remediation, Structural Remediation, Amenities upgrades, asset repositioning projects and Tenancy Delivery.
