APG provided Project Management Services on the project from feasibility to concept design phase including staging and relocation plans for the refurbishment of heritage facilities. APG was responsible for finalising the Site Compatibility Certificate (SCC) through to preparation of a DA. The now approved project comprises the staged demolition of existing buildings and adaptive reuse of buildings and new construction to deliver a new 160 bed RACF and 170 ILU’s supported by state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure. Catholic Healthcare’s DA approved exciting new precinct will provide 350+ beds across high and low care facilities in Sydney’s inner west.
