Tilia by Poly features a mix of 67 high-end provincial style luxury dwellings with spacious bedrooms, sophisticated design and a unique shared courtyard. APG led the engagement and management of the Early Works Contractor and Head Contactor and successfully delivered the project within budget and to the highest quality.
