Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation
APG partnered with the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation (VFFF) to support the development and submission of a grant application to the Australian Government’s Thriving Suburbs Program. The proposed project The Family Place, aims to refurbish a vital community facility in Woodridge, designed to improve local service access, social cohesion, and community wellbeing. With a strong appreciation for VFFF’s social impact mission, the APG Queensland team brought both strategic insight and personal commitment to the process. Conducting a comprehensive review of program guidelines, eligibility criteria, and ministerial context to guide the application strategy, prior to submission with the grant process having a successful outcome for VFFF and the Family Place.
APG has been engaged to manage the upgrade and revitalisation of the current Family Place facility at Woodridge on Brisbane’s south. The project will enable a greater ability to service the families and caregivers who rely on the services provided by the community centre. APG are proud to be a part of developing the larger project vision - to maintain and compliment the current feeling that ‘all are welcome to the centre’. A place for all.
