APG were engaged by repeat client Poly to provide superintendent services for the redevelopment of the former Bankstown RSL Club featuring over 500 apartments and mixed-use commercial and retail across 5 towers in the heart of Bankstown. Spring Square adjoin the newly rebuilt Bankstown RSL and features a variety of outdoor community spaces, hospitality precincts and on completion will be the area’s latest and greatest premises, dining and entertainment precinct.
