APG has been engaged by The GPT Group to provide project management services for the landmark Pacific Fair shopping centre in Broadbeach Queensland, built in 1977. The maintenance works include downpipe and gutter upgrades while the main works include replacing the atrium glass above the existing food court and retail shops. APG managed the design review, tender and construction activities associated with these critical rectification works.
