APG partnered with The GPT Group to provide project management services for the landmark Pacific Fair shopping centre in Broadbeach Queensland, built in 1977. The works include replacing the atrium glass above the existing food court and retail shops, with additional maintenance works to the roof. APG managed the design review, tender and construction activities associated with these critical rectification works.
