APG were engaged by IRT to assist with the development approval modification associated with the proposed Senior’s Living planned Estate in Milton, Milton Meadows. The proposed community features an Aged Care Facility, Independent Living Units across multiple buildings and residential dwellings designed to be delivered in multiple stages.
