APG’s Brisbane team were proud to be involved in the development of Midtown Centre. Midtown is an iconic milestone project demonstrating exceptional design initiatives in the re-purposing of aging assets to create modern contemporary workplaces that promote well-being in an office environment. APG were engaged by both Ashe Morgan and Dmann as the Independent Certifier of the Rio Tinto integrated fitout including significant fire engineered solutions and a significant town hall meeting zone adjoining the external landscape zone. Since completion, Midtown Centre was shortlisted as a finalist in the UDIA National Congress 2023 Awards for Excellence for Urban Renewal and announced winner of the QLD Development of the year award 2023 in the property council innovation & excellence awards.
