APG were engaged to project manage the design and construction of a multi-unit residential development in the heart of Gosford’s growing civic centre. Boasting phenomenal water views from every level, the development features 3 levels of basement parking and 140 units in a mix of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom dwellings across 15 floors of residential living. In addition to managing project delivery, APG’s role also included managing authority approvals and overseeing the sales and marketing and settlement processes for the developer.
