APG managed the development and endorsement of a site wide Master Plan that addressed the 50-year growth & transformation strategy for Loreto Kirribilli along with the detailed approval for Stage 1 of the Master Plan; a STEM centre. As the master plan was assessed as State Significant Development (SSD), our role involved comprehensive stakeholder consultation and community engagement. This process was proactively managed by APG resulting in minimal neighbour submissions on the project allowing for a speedy approval for the scheme.
