APG have been proudly involved in the project delivery of Fortress Sydney – a first of its kind esports and games entertainment venue in New South Wales. Within close proximity to UTS, Central Station and the University of Sydney, Fortress offers a fun and live experience for social gaming lovers, and others looking to enjoy a truly unique hospitality space. The venue features Alienware PCs, two licensed bars, private function rooms, and a large themed basement Tavern restaurant incorporating VIP video game booths and designated board game / tabletop areas. It’s also home to a purpose-built 200 seat esports arena/ conference space and LIVE broadcast production facility.

Leading a large team of consultants and external vendors, APG project managed the process from its inception, which included involvement in obtaining Development Consent, managing the tender and contractor engagement and management of construction through to handover. APG thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with the client, Fortress Sydney, and are very proud to have been a part of this great project.
