APG was engaged by a repeat client to manage their new workplace and family offices in the Hudson House building on Macquarie Street for Cambooya and the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation (VFFF).

The brief required a workplace that felt warm and welcoming whilst maintaining a functional and open office floorplate. The project, designed by Siren Design, features an apartment style family zone, a large boardroom with stunning Sydney views, a large collaboration and communal area and a work zone providing a variety of accommodation styles. The agile and unique design provides a flexible, connected and welcoming space with the design reflecting the rural roots of the business and family.

The Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation was established in 1962 by the late Sir Vincent Fairfax. Born in 1909, Sir Vincent was a fourth generation Australian who served his country in the war and was a leading member of the business community. He firmly believed that wealth and influence brought the responsibility and obligation to serve the community.

Today the VFFF is governed by a Board of family and non-family Directors that oversee annual distributions to worthy projects.
