APG has been engaged by a repeat client to complete the design development & authority approvals for two proposed boarding houses in the Sydney Metropolitan area.

The boarding house in South Sydney will include 70 + bedrooms and communal spaces across 12 levels, including parking for cars and motorcycles. The boarding house to be developed in the inner west will include a total of 50 + rooms as well as a small number of serviced apartments. Further, it is intended that this development will contain a commercial area on the ground floor, as well as a community rooftop for the occupants to use.
