APG was engaged for the delivery of Anglicare’s first Vertical Village in Merrylands from concept design through to development. The proposed Anglicare Vertical Village includes a high-rise mixed-use building with retail tenancies, village reception, community facilities & other commercial spaces. The approved design features Residential Care-Dementia Rooms and Home Rooms (each with ensuite) and Residential Living Units with a common lounge area on each level.
