APG were engaged by Alceon Group as the Project Manager to deliver the Greenwich Road Senior’s Living development. Akoya located in Greenwich, features 40 modern and sophisticated luxury residences with sweeping city views. Residents enjoy the services of an on-site concierge, in-house bar and library, theatre and wine cellar along with a landscaped rooftop terrace and infinity pool. APG successfully delivered the project for our client managing all activities through to completion.
