850 Collins Street is a modern, sustainable A grade office building consisting of 9-storeys of office space, a lobby, café and EOT facilities. APG have been engaged to manage fit outs across 2 floors, level 1 &5, with a total floor area of approximately 3,000m2, from tender to construction. The project involves spatial and services reconfiguration, as well as spec suites and cosmetic upgrades required to allow MEC Global Partners to offer quality office spaces for potential new tenants.
