APG were initially appointed to manage the repositioning and refurbishment of Investa’s B Grade asset on O’Connell St in 2015. The works included new lobbies at the entrances from Bligh and O’Connell Streets, a new end of trip facility (EOTF) and upgrades to DDA Access and facilities. Since then, APG have project managed numerous tenancy reconfiguration works and lobby and amenities upgrades on a number of floors. Our role included managing the value engineering exercise to ensure the refurbishment works were delivered to the client’s budget.

In most recent times, APG commenced another series of upgrades throughout the building which included make good works to level 3, spec fit outs on levels 8 and 9, as well as lift lobby and amenities upgrades throughout.
