APG were engaged to Project Manage the entire ACP cladding rectification works at 2 Park Street. Our appointment included investigative phase activities, detailed design, tender and management of the rectification works involving the removal of approximately 14,000sqm of ACP cladding and the subsequent replacement with solid aluminium panelling. The project was recently completed to stakeholder’s satisfaction despite significant challenges on the project.
