APG were engaged to deliver a series of landlord work packages across multiple levels and tenancies within 191 Salmon St, a prominent office building in Port Melbourne. The scope of work encompassed the upgrade of five bathrooms on Level 2, the installation of a comprehensive internal and external wayfinding signage package, and the defit and make-good of approximately 4,000m² of ground-floor tenancies. 

Throughout the project, APG took a hands-on approach in managing the design, tendering, and construction phases, working in close collaboration with the Altis asset management team to ensure a thorough execution. Given the live operational environment, APG coordinated with multiple contractors to carefully plan and sequence works, minimising disruptions to tenants and maintaining business continuity. This involved proactive stakeholder engagement, clear communication strategies, and meticulous scheduling to mitigate potential disputes and ensure a smooth construction process.
